The NeuroEndocrine Wellness Center (THE NEW CENTER,
www.thenewcenter.com).

Statement") applies to information collected by THE NEW CENTER. THE NEW CENTER
is committed to protecting the privacy of its users ("Users") including
physicians and non-physician Members of THE NEW CENTER Web site services. We
have created the following Privacy Statement to give you an overview of the type
of information we collect, how the information is used, and how the information
is safeguarded.
- WHO COLLECTS INFORMATION WITHIN THE SITE?
Information is collected from Users by THE NEW CENTER practice. The use of
such information by THE NEW CENTER (including its physicians and staff
members) is governed by the Practice's own policies, practices and
procedures. THE NEW CENTER may engage in selective sponsorship relationships
with medical and pharmaceutical associations, primarily for the purpose of
supporting the educational facets of this Web site. Sponsors will pay to have
their logo included on THE NEW CENTER Web site and have it viewed by website
visitors, patients, and physicians. Sponsors do not receive any personally
identifiable health information.
- WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
In order to provide you with certain services throughout THE NEW CENTER Web
site, information is collected in a variety of ways. In some instances, The
NEW Center will ask Users directly for information in order for them to use

We verify the
identity of the persons accessing the data by using a login name and password.

Only authorized Users
(e.g. Special Members and the Database Administrator at LoudOffice.com) have access to restricted data
(e.g. Special Members content). Access to sensitive data such as individually
identifiable health information is limited to the staff at THE NEW CENTER and revoked in a timely
manner for employees who change function or resign.
- Data Integrity and Retention
We implement full database backups by our Database Administrator to establish data
consistency and integrity. We also grant Users access to their information in
order to verify that the data is still accurate and has not been modified or corrupted.
- LINKING
THE NEW CENTER Web site may offer links to other Web sites.
